User notes

Dumb question, but I am still trying to get a handle on things. When I check out my profile, under my profile picture there is a link for 'user notes'?

I've played with them on Raiden's account. So far what I can assess is they're like mod notes about a user.

For a larger forum, these would be made invisible to members so moderators could write notes about the activity of particular members, like "this member might be a spammer", or "this guy has been doing such and such, keep an eye on him", etc.

The version of ww.com before the hack also had this feature, but they were disabled. Chriz will probably end up disabling them again when he gets around to it.
