If it's not in your language and you love it, post it here. I'm curious to hear all I can. c:
*Lacrimosa (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jAiIdEyNnAo)
*Long Title That I Dun Wanna Write Out (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmhZ6FYoNEs)
*I think it's Hebrew, correct me if I'm wrong. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBoyDCj5XmU)
*Pretty sure it's Hebrew, though. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09XrVUGVKqY)
*My Jewish friend linked me these songs way back when, which is why I think they are indeed Hebrew. /end rant (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nyrw9QE_yjQ)

Ok I need to give others a chance :/
Thanks to the game Rock Band, I found I quite like "Hier Kommt Alex" by Die Toten Hosen, for verily I like cheesy rock in any language (the orignal has a bit of Beethoven's 9th at the beginning which is amusing).
"Ich Will Tanzen" by a (relatively) small band called Uberbyte is in German, but it's an Industrial dance track with sampled sound bytes rather than a full-on song so I don't know if that counts.
Shameless plug link here: http://vampirefreaks.com/uberbyte
I like the band Midnattsol (there's an umlaut over the n in that). They sing in a combination of English and Norweigian.

Other than that I have trouble because I like black metal and frankly that could be in any language and no-one would be able to tell :)

I am crazy about all things Native American especially their music :) this cd has a lot of beautiful songs, my favorites being 'winter ceremony' and 'celebrate wild rice'. I also love this album, my favorites on here are 'Dela dela' and 'the spirit'.

Links are all video samples so I don't clutter up my post. (I'm currently on a shitty school computer with no sound, so if a link ends up not working or anything like that, look up the damn band yourself or have your lazy ass PM me so I can put up a new link.)
X Japan (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzHbHxSEtVQ)

Dimmu Borgir (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kmQgP5ouZNo) (mostly English on their more recent stuff, mostly Norwegian in the old days)
I might add more when I can get to a less shitty computer.

This thread has an insufficient number of Russian bands.
I am correcting this.
And I'm adding one to it, though admittedly this isn't one of my favorite songs from them.
Kipelov - Ne Seychas (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4PrsaqEouo)
Oh, and I also have a new favorite Finnish metal band in Turmion Kätilöt. Check out the song Lepositeet (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fVUbf2lrUWE)! And although it's not in Finnish, here's a song based entirely on acronyms: MTV/DNA (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KEEvW-R-lpI). Quite listenable for me :)

By foreign, do the songs lyrics have to be in the language of that country?
If not, there are loads.
Swedish bands I like include Scar Symmetry, In Flames..
Finnish include Children of Bodom, Amon Amarth, Insomnium...
Spanish: Dawn of Tears...
Mexican: Rodrigo Y Gabriela...
German: Equilibrium...
and so on. :)
