While I know this thread may have appeared prior to the crash (it may not have), I thought it might be good discussion.
Thoughts on our American Recovery and Rehabilitation Act?
Personally, I see it both as a good and bad. Nebraska received all of $1.5 billion of it, but then again this state has been, for the most part, unaffected by the national economy recession. We have the third best unemployment rate of the states and our budget is not in a deficit, so I didn't expect us to get much.
