I hate modern NASCAR with a passion
the old NASCAR is the real cool stuff, I mean when they still looked like cars on the showroom floors, just with a lot of modifications.
WHen the cars raced on the sandy beaches of Daytona, when nothing was standardized (made the same for everybody)
Back when it was call Strictly Stock Car Racing, and they were Strictly Stock, no modifications
when you weren't required to have a V8 (back in the early 50s, Hudson was beating all the 8 cylinder cars with a big straight 6, 308CID)
in the days of the Plymouth Superbird and Dodge Daytona
Back when not all the tracks were left turns, when there were more road courses
that was when NASCAR was cool, now it is just boring
