Waffles, Pancakes, French Toast or None?

What is your favourite out of the three flour cookeries of yumminess? I'm a wafflenatic myself, it just has to rank up in my very favourite desert, a hot belgian waffle with some cold, cold ice cream, preferable a fresh flavor like lemon or mint and than hot chocolate to top it off. Mmmm, angel flesh...

I love all three, but if I have to chose it would be:
French Toast
Waffle
Pancake

In that order...staked...on my plate. With powder sugar and strawberries.

Crepes are pancakes and are made of flour! In fact you will find that across the world a "pancake" is more a crepe in composition in almost every country other than the US. And let's be honest, lack of a leavening agent makes crepes far superior (that and the fact that they come in both sweet and savory varieties.)

So my list would be thusly:
Crepes
Waffles
French Toast
(no hotcakes, as they are abomination against humanity.)

I disagree, I find the fluffiness of a well made pancake through fermentation to be superior to the blandness of a crepe, but this could be derived that I'm exactly in the part of the world where what is called a pancake is usually a crepe. Although I can't disdain crepes, I think atleast the heighth given by fermentation opens better possibilities for the pancake, making it superior to its crepe brethren.

A true waffle gains it's volume using yeast and not the baking soda of the american waffles.
