I know that most stores don't really carry foreign music, but does anyone else have trouble finding imported CDs? Even when I special order them, the local music stores let me down...

I had a lot of trouble finding Delain albums, but I ended up picking them up from MarsMusic off of amazon.com

Here you go. (http://www.last.fm/music/12012/+albums)
For "anime bands" you can generally talk to your comic stores or other places that do Japanese imports and they are usually pretty helpful. Even at anime cons you'll find some people with some stuff.
However, in my experience with that, online is usually cheaper.
Like everyone has been saying, Amazon and Amazon.uk usually have an amazing selection. I also use to loiter at record stores and the ones here at least would have a great selection of music from all over the world.

Increasingly - 12012 (http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/detailview.html?KEY=UCCD-65)
CDJapan is one of my favorite places to hit up for Japanese imports.

Yeah... I'm really cheap when it comes to music.... I hate buying my CD's online, especially since the shipping on the last one I bought was twice the price of the disk...

I know exactly what you mean. I really try to get out to my local Best Buy or buy it off of iTunes if I can help it. However, in the case of bands like Delain, neither of those avenues that I normal travel down would allow me to come out with album(s) in hand.
Thank goodness for amazom.com is all I have to say. ;)

You can contact their customer service and usually they are pretty good about fixing those things.
Sometimes in market place, people are trying to scam you but you should read the reviews of the different vendors.
