Tomorrow (Tuesday) at 10:00 pm EST, TLC will be airing a show called Animal Imitators. It will be repeated on Wednesday at 1:00 am EST. Coyote from the therian community was interviewed for the show. The opinion of most WereNet members is that TLC will make us look like freaks, but I'll reserve judgment until I see the episode. I've heard they will be using the term "trans-species" for those who have the animal inside.

I hope everyone is able to watch. If they do pigeonhole us as antisocial zoophiles, we can all write angry e-mails to the network.

for those that have the animal inside. hmm.. well thats a pretty basic way to describe therianthrope.. but why say it like that? for those who have the animal inside.. unless you arnt a therian then i can understand.. point is.. i dont have one.. just felt like rambling ? heh.. sp i know..

oh I can't wait to watch. kinda nervious though. I wonder what my mom will think since she knows that I "used" to think I was a werewolf, lol. I hope it dosen't make her concerned again.

I've read that much of the episode is going to focus on body modification. I hope they don't get the idea that all of us sharpen our teeth and file our nails into points. We'll find out soon enough...

Well, they didn't make us look dumb, but the barely grased over that one were. Didn't even talk about M-Shifting. Oh well, he just wasn't freakish enoughf for him.

Ha ha ha, yeah they was totally respectfully, even kinda made us look cool. There was one sceen with this guy who had surgery to make him look like a tiger and a furry tiger guy meet for the first time and they flashed video of real tigers nudging and playing with each other. It was done very well and tastefully. Pluss a pyschologist was saying how there is nothing wrong with any of it and that society should respec us, yay

oh and I think he ment that he was glad that I said that they didn't make us fools

Speaking of were's on television, have you all seen the previews for the new movie underworld that's coming out soon. It's about the battle between weres and vamps. It looks really cool. :buttrock:

I saw it on Sunday. It was very well done, and i was happy to see a decent werewolf movie, as there seem to be very few of them. Underworld is supposed to be the first of a trilogy, so i'm really looking forward to the sequals.
