Near Physical Shift?

Does anyone believe in that, or have it? I read it on one were website, and it said if you had it that you'd have a sore feeling of your fingers, toes, jaw... etc. But what about a tingling senstion? As if they were going to sleep, but they don't goto sleep... I've been having that a lot .. especially in my feet, knees, and fingers. More lately, could it be like the moon shift thing? I dunno, I never really believed the moon shifting deal, but I guess it would be possible.

When it happens to me, or rather, when i think it happens to me, it's like i've gone to sleep, and the wolf takes over. The next morning, i dont remember what anything felt like. All I remember is that it happend.
