go ahead criticize me for asking but are there any real ways to become a werewolf?

If you are talking about p-shifting werewolves, as they probably don't exist, there's no way to become one that I know, except through illegal spells, if you happen to be a witch.
If you are talking about the mind set that makes you think you're a wolf, it's a disease, and you probably wouldn't actually want it.
But, if you find a way, let me know.

Real ways? No. Though JLR's answer is probably the best one you're going to get. I've heard that it actually works, but seeing as I have a job, I can't be out roaming at night when I have to be at work for 9.5 hours every day. Sleep is VERY important in my world.

Mythological ways? Yes.

I believe Tia or Gil explained these in your last thread in the Mythology & Metafauna section. I'm not going to repeat them. The same people read this section as well as the M&M one.
