Besides that, p-shifting seems to be winning for some strange reason... *whistles, slowly walking away from this thread*

Dream-shifter and M-shifter.
The only thing better than running with the wolfpack in my dreams is running free with the stallion of my dreams.
OK, and flying, but I'm not really an avian therian at all.

I'm a dream shifter and mental shifter. I agree with Neon on enjoying finding the stallion in my dreams. Sometimes I'm caught off guard when my mind slips to that other perspective at inconvienient times though.

OK, and flying, but I'm not really an avian therian at all. Well, you can do that in real life anyway, it just requires a bit of technology.

I said Dream, not that I'm a shifter in the sense of the word that you mean, but in a dream theres no inhibitions, and you are a different person; the hero, the villain - so on. I don't really dream of animals that much, I have had a few about my girlfriend lately, and in those we're just listening to music, or walking and me trying to find a job.
Speaking of which, the cure of P-shifting is a girlfriend, so you weres need to decide, love or shifting??:O
And to get around the spelling problem, just use a spell checker like in Word or something.

That's the problem: to be able to fly using what nature provided, whether it's wings in place of arms, or wings coming from shoulder blades (like angels or gryphons). And humans are endowed with neither of these.

Every one! Except physical, which I hope one day I might be able to acheive this otherwise impossible feat.

While I acknowledge just how unlikely this is, I actually hope for the same thing. Even if we accomplish nothing, we'll have one hell of a time trying, which is what I feel is more important.

I agree. I think p-shifting is probably impossible, but maybe...if we try REALLY HARD, we can p-shift just a tiny bit (and I mean TINY). That would be cool.

My Kin appear when I am sleeping. But I feel my scent is rather high for a human (I smell you once and can distinguish you when you come around me at any time) so , I would say mentally and physically as well.

i am a spitualWhat, you spit a lot? Um, ok.
sorry aobut that i have a metal problem with that. but you dont have to be mena about it.I've talked to enough specialists and gained enough experience to know that such poor spelling on a computer is not excusable due to dyslexia or similar problems. Actually keyboards are used to help IMPROVE spelling in classes devoted to teaching people how to cope with such conditions. Also, have you never heard of a spell-checker? Try the rules thread of this or other forums - they link to free on-line spell-checking facilities.

Anyway I put "dream". I'm not a shifter or therian but anybody on this planet can have a dream shift at will - it really has sweet F.A. to have to do with therianthropy. I'd say therianthropy can influence an increase of such dreams but to call them "dream shifts" is pathetic, I'm sorry. Everybody has dreams about, or of being, a different animal. It is not a "shift" of any kind - it's just a normal, regular, dream (however lucid).

A man has an arguement with his wife, he walks out. It's raining outside, it's raining heavily. Thunder roars across the sky like some maddened lion. The man looks up to the skies and says with contempt "God almighty, why did I marry that bitch?" The man gets struck by lightening, but he lives to tell the tale. A christian would call the event an act of God, an athiest would call it a bad day. It's a matter of perception and belief. The same can be said for animalistic dreams- a therian calls it a dream shift, a non therian calls it a dream about being an animal. It's not pathetic, it's a matter of belief and perception. Its what the individual wants it to be. Its "why" they want it to be that is important, and only the individual can answer that.

Phantom shifter only. I almost picked "not shifter" but then again, I have a pair of phantom wings (I am an angelic otherkin as well as a therian). Other than that, I would have to say I am contherian.
