Ummm...

Xzengrim brought this up a while ago, and now that this site has the tools to do it, I wanted to try it again. Does anybody have a good idea for a symbol or such for therians? It would be nice to have a little symbol of our own, and given the ability this board will have(?) we could us these as a general "I'm a therian" avatars, should the problem be fixed soon. Also, I just want to see how cool these can get.
As Xzengrim said, I don't want it to be too complicated (I can't draw worth ****, and something as difficult as a full picture of a wolf would be far beyond my abilities) nor to simple (it might already be taken).
Just upload your symbol as an attachment (GIF or JPG it if you can) and I'll try to set up a survey, if I can. If not, we'll vote on your description.

ATTACHMENTS ARE UP! That means this should be a bit easier.

Thats a great idea! One of my friends is a good artist. i'll contact her and she if she wants to draw it.

Edit: I asked her, and she did it. I like the result.

Another Edit: Attachments are down for some reason. I'll try to find a simpel host for it so I can show you.

We've got a second, this time by DarkOmegaWolf. Looks infintetly better than anything I could to.

I would like a more therian type of symbol - there are other things than wolves on this site - but it still looks great. And this is werewolf.com, so that might be for the best. Anyway, two more and I'll set up the first poll. Still trying to figure out what the winner gets... maybe Chriz will set them up as non-Custom Avatars. Have to talk to him...

Another one, this time drawn up by none other than myself. This is why I don't draw often - I suck. It's based off the idea Rariridan had (check spelling) a while ago. I couldn't get a think ring around it, but anyone who can fix / repair this, please try. It's supposed to be a wolf paw superimposed on a human hand. Anyway, here it is :

EDIT: I HATE GEOCITIES. Sorry, just had to get that out. Alright - some versions of Windows or Browsers don't like reading a .jpg straight, causing the missing file thing. I apologize, it worked right on my computer, which should have been one warning sign... Anyway, I think this works now.

Anything you need I can do, well other than show it here I'm mental retarded when it comes to posting pictures here. But I have a few ideas of my own some are very complex with color others are a bit simple. Do we just email you these ideas or um I really don't know?

Zier, what symbol did you mean looked like Wolf Park's? If you mean DarkOmegaWolf's, that is because his is still in the WIP stage. I should have posted that. If it's mine... ****.

Ok, It's now in proportion.....but what to do next?
Maybe it should stay how it is...simple, but effective, and easy to copy.
Or maybe it should be made more complex....What do you think?

DarkOmegaWolf, there appears to be an limit to how many attachments can be on one page - either that or it just doesn't like attaches of different sizes. I'm going to remove the other two as soon as I can, but it might take a while.

Because I disabled file uploads for Misc Disc.

Looks like we're going to have to move this to the Artwork section :buttrock:
