I had a dream a while ago with a woman in it who gave me a lesson in faith. I have testified my faith many times in the Occult and Spiritual Matters but I will admit that the human part of mind likes to interject and state the good-ol' "What if this doesn't work?". If you people don't ever get that I bow to you :notworthy
Anyway, in my dream, there was an old woman (who actually had a striking resemblance to the witch in "Spirited Away" :D) who was very sweet to me and had a very benign vibe about here. She gave me a handful of stones and told me that with these stones I could fly, but only if I had complete faith. I found that if I let the "What ifs..." cloud my head, I was unable to fly. It was only when I had complete and unquestioning faith I was able to fly (and it sure is fun in dreams).
When I woke up, I thought about the dream and realized that the lesson applied very much when I was awake, and in several matters. In my more witchy days (I had spent some time discovering paganism) my spells never worked if I didn't have faith. Same goes these days, my prayers, fasts, etc., won't be responded to if I have no faith. It was odd and the first time I have ever had a teacher in a dream.
Has anyone else ever had this happen? Have you you ever learned a lesson from a dream entity that you could apply in everyday life? I was curious if this was fairly common or more of a once in a blue moon kind of thing.
