I need as much information as possible on werecreatures. Doing a book and want everything. Wolf Wolf? How can someone stop or slow a transformation?

I've been told that, to slow or stop your a shift, you have to tighten every muscle at once. This is not recomended, unless you like extreme pain, broken or fractured bones, and rips in muscles. To slow or prevent someone else's shift, the best you can do is put them in as calm an area as you can get. That's about all you can do.

Here's the problem. Remember that certain things will bring it on, but I need what can slow it or stop it, besides a wooden hammer! :wavey:

Im for real about the hammer thing. I read it in a school libary book about werewolves, i think its irish. ill get the book and post the name up, so you can find it.

Well, according to myth, you could throw a iron block over their head, call their name, cut them three times on the forehead, or just knock them unconcious.
Catnip distracts them, too, which might help.
