Due to a certain lack of all things therian in this section I thought it high time to get something underway. I decided on "What therianthropy means to you." Nothing less, definitely Nothing more.
I'm asking what does therianthropy mean to you? Is it a part of who you are? Is it something that someone close to you believes in so your intrigued by it?

To me it is simply a part of who I am, I believe that I have the soul of a wolf in it's basic form, This doesn't grant me any excuses to not behave like a proper human being, It simply allows me to accept myself for who I am and what I believe. I display some "wolfish" qualities as it were, such as loyalty and devotion, But it doesn't go beyond anything anyone else could experience.
So all in all, I'm a therian if you don't mind/like it then great! good for you. If not, I'm not going to rub into your face or demand you accept it, I just ask that you don't "persecute" me for it.

I believe that it is imagination, to the greatest power, to the greatest extent, in that you do not know what is real and what is just an illusion of your own making.

I also think that it's a good part to talk to for ideas and help, and sometimes you can help it in return, but it does not need anything in return.

In turn, I also believe it to be an excellent reliever of muscle pain... buy one today! :)

Therianthropy to me means that your aura is of a certain animal, in my case, a wolf. Your aura is like your soul or spirit and I believe that all of us have some primal force of creature inside of us that can influence our life. Some people realize their primal side and accept it, some don't. The people who don't may not understand what is going on inside of them, and it effects them.

I have the qualities of the wolf, my aura is a wolf, and the wolf is my totemic animal, and I live a completely normal life. Although, I do admit to being a little wolfish in public and sometimes getting in trouble but other than that, I am fine.
And to you people who can't accept or believe that you are a therianthropist, I have something to say, you need to accept yourself and realize that it is who you are. If you do, it will be a lot easier to live life than if you try to fight it.

Therianthropy to me is a part of me liek lycan said. I believe that some part of my spirit is a tiger, I've always been drawn to them and are disgusted at the way they are so badly endangered. Secondly I do act like a tiger at times, I can be a loner, I can be agressive and territorial. But just because I'm a therian I don't think I'm not a human, I am a human with an animals spirit within me, like it or not, believe it or not that's what I believe.

As long as I haven't got my conception of therianthropy all screwed (please correct me if you think I may have things a little mixed up) it's a part of who I am too. There is something of a wolf about my spirit, a sort of connection, but I would never claim it to be anything more than that. I can't p-shift or any other impossible feat but mentally there is a link to me and wolves. It's kind of hard to explain.

Same for me like most of the others said. My animal is a part of me. Its my soul. I believe im a animal soul in a human mind and body and thats that. To the extend of my abilites, im not changing into a wolf in front of you becuase thats pretty much impossible, but I can be good entertainment when I m-shift :)
