Yeah, Im doing a project for school where we have to discover a creature that no one has discovered, and I decided to do a Wamp( a werewolf and a vampire). So my question is do you think its possible for a vampire to change into a werewolf. What do you think? :p

It has definately been done before. If you're looking for literary references look at Bram Stoker's Dracula. Dracula transforms into a large, black hound that has been described as a werewolf (and by this I'm meaning something that looks like a canine, not a hybrid canine-human).
As for a hybrid (is that crinos? I've never played any While Wolf games) being a vampire? None that I've heard of save for things like fan fiction.

I think you have to revise your attempt. Discover a new creature as an assignment? I presume you mean "invent" one. The idea of a werewolf becoming a vampire or vice versa is already done in varying ways in myth. In some myths of vampires they can transform into wolves naturally - automatically classing them as a werewolf. In other cases they say the person just transforms into the other. Or they die as a result. Or nothing happens - they can't be changed.

well we dont have to invent it really. it can be fictional or something we made up. I like vampires and werewolves so i decided to put the two together. Thanks for the ideas.

They weren't ideas, they were part of actual myths.
Furthermore, Making something up is invention and in this circumstance what you make up will be automatically fiction. Your first two sentences are very confusing and self-contradicting.

Why not take it a bit further. First thing I thought of when I saw "wamp" was a wombat vampire. That'd be so fricken cute and funny. Instead of a vampire that changes into a bat it turns it a wombat and tries to walk on two legs but falls a lot.

You've watched way too many cartoons.
