Okay so i was living on my own for a while as you all found out that that experience didn't go so well in the end. but there are some good things that came out of it... like the easiest most tasty meal that any one can make.... even the biggest idiot on the earth. healthy not really.. quick yes. full of protien yes need alot of ingriedents heck no. it requires 2 simple things...
here we go on the reciepe.
ingredients
1 can of dark red kidney beans
1 squeezy mayo bottle with mayo in it
Take a can of dark red kidney beans open the can drain out the fluids put the beans in a bowl. open a contanier of squezzeable mayonaise squeeze the mayo in the bowl stir the contents and eat. trust me it is good.
and don't say ew untill you have tasted it. hey if your that scared dare someone else to eat it first. but i love this meal and you don't have to take my word for it being good.

this is my quick meal:
Take a pint of cherry tomatoes, wash them, cut up some fresh basil, throw in some small mozzarella balls (there in water in tuberware containers) and add red wine vinaigrette :)

Pot Noodle.
Buy a pot noodle.
Boil a full kettle.
Remove lid of pot noodle container.
Remove sachet in the pot noodle container.
Pour the boiled water into the container to cover all contents.
Leave for 2 minutes.
Stir.
Leave for 2 more minutes.
Add contents of sachet and consume.
I also like to have a few slices of buttered bread and then dollop a load of the noodles into the center of a slice, fold it over, and carefully devour (pot noodle sandwich!).

1 roll of cresent rolls from Pilsbury and a small bag of shredded cheese.
Take the rolls and only seperate them into four rectangles, bake as usual but take em out just afew minutes early to put the cheese on and pop em back into the oven. When done the way you like, take em out. You can eat em as is or put toppins on em. My fav toppins are tomatoes, spinache, or leftover grounded hamburger chunks. MMMmmmmm.

the reasons are clear why. it is one of the better meals to eat and why people have never heard of it is beyond me entirely except that i live in the south of the us. >< people need to wake up and try more foods. but i have another good one but it takes forever to make but it is semi simple and people have heard of it. Alfredo yummy. i will debate on weather to put it here or not.

Haven't tried the meal yet but I'm intrigued; I'm known for having odd tastes.
Why not try it the way my brother used to. All you need is a tin of practically anything by Heinz; Spaghetti, Spaghetti and Sausages, Baked Beans, Ravioli, whatever's your poison. Here's how to do it:
1)Open can
2)Eat the cold contents because you can't even be arsed to cook them

Well cold contents and cans make a good combo for those days you peel out of the bed late and need a quick fix. But hey it is not as bad as what i used to eat but it is still pretty good.
'
ingerdients
2 slices of bread
1 cabbage leaf
mayonase
honey mustard
1 tomato
Take the bread
smear the mustard and mayo on the bread
put the cabbage on the bread
put the tomato on the cabbage
put the 2 slices together'
eat.
that is what i was addicted to a long time ago. But hey as the saying goes whatever floats your boat. :D
