Look to the east sky tonight and you will be blessed by the witness of an event between earth and moon that has not occurred in 3 years.

The earth moves in front of her sun-consort to whisper with her sister-moon the intimacies that only those attuned to feminine energies can understand. As a testament to this union and understanding the moon will likely glow an iron red. This is for you dear were-women and the feminine sides we all have despite our mortal genders.

A true tribute to the power and mystery of the Feminine.

This event will be in it's main phase 10 minutes from now and last for appromimately 25 minutes. After this, you will see the earth's shadow slowly creep to the right of the moon until it is completely uncovered again in about 2 hours.

Hey Whystler

Am just spending my night looking at the moon... wonderful, isn't it?

I too, believe is fully feminine today. And i find so sweet to see the eclipse as if in a couple of hours the moon is able to show the whole cicle she does during 28 days... lovely.

I found also funny the fact you spoke of Sister Moon. Yes, i also see it that way. And then i like to <stay around> and <support>... just be there, seeing the changes happening...

But as symbology (this eclipse), i describe this as the Total Balance. The Moon as the female mother, the sun as the Male father, and the earth as the result of their union. As The <child> between the parents.
As about us, humans, we face now our <sister/mother> and get the chance of learning with her, and her union with the sun, (despite the fact it is I, now, in the middle of them). A chance for me to also look inside, my female being, also our female warrior side, to think about ourselves and get deep into that. A time to know more about ourselves...

I find this almost as <pure love> :)

Enjoy! And many Blessings for you..

I do not know where the answer to my question, why? will be found but i believe mexico has something to do with this change i went about durring the ecplipse. I did not shift fully, i simply went mad. I cannot explain it through a reply for fear that they will take my thread down. get back to me,

Um... wasn't there just a lunar eclipse about six months ago? Excuse my ignorance, but what's different this time?

There was a partial lunar eclipse last May. Last night was a total eclipse of the moon and the last time this happened was in January 2001.
