I would start with the meat, then the fish, then the apple... but not the rocks, there is no food in that, so it wouldnt make any difference :)

Not to sound like a killjoy, but this seems to be more of a philosophical question. Are we assuming that you are never going to be rescued and you're going to die anyway? If so, does it matter if you die by starvation, food poisoning or drowning? Or is it even a well that still gets water?
Or are you going to be rescued but you don't know when? Are you trying to last as long as possible in the event that you're discovered missing and people start looking around for you? Did you let them know your whereabouts so they have some idea as to where to look?
OR are rescuers working to get you out right now, but they're not sure how long it's going to take? Is the question now to eat and last or just starve yourself until your are rescued (of which the probability for this is, say, 99.9% since you're in a WELL and those usually aren't as structurally unsafe as abandoned mineshafts so there usually aren't the problems)?
In any case, the meat and fish would go first. The apple would have to wait a few days since, because it's already rotten, it's probably being helped along by many and various bacteria, some of which my GI tract might not like and might try to expel using most natural means. No Metamucil or ipecac for Neon in that case. And rocks...? No nutritional value in them, and we are not birds so there is no need to ingest them to help with digestion.

I would eat the raw strip of meat then the fish. Raw is the best way to eat meat anyway, more flavor.

So I'm spending a set amount of time in a dry well with only the things provided.
It's probably smarter to actually not eat anything, or if so, eat very sparingly. Digestion uses water from your body and with no options for refilling yourself, you'll dehydrate quickly. Unless you drink your own urine, but I'm not the expert on what nutrients or lack thereof reside in it. Yes, the meat may have juice in it, but it's far from the amount needed to sustain your body for 7 days.

First off, I'm going to try to throw rocks out of the well to get attention. :D
Then if that fails, hit my head hard with said rock.

If I had a big enough pile of rocks I would make a pile that I could climb out of the well with. If not I would start digging hand and foot holds in the side of the well to climb out. If I couldn’t do that I would take the rocks and try to get the bucket and rope that is usually on those things and climb that. If none of the above works I would mix it all together and eat it to give the rocks a better taste.

My take on this question isn't about being in a well, its about what you would do for survival. If eating this stuff meant that I would live long enough to be rescued, I would eat the meat, then the fish, and finally the rotten apple. You can't eat rocks...well, I mean I suppose you could but that would seriously wreck havoc on your digestion...we are not birds!
Ever watch man vs. wild? Bear Grylls eats fish right out of the water, biting their necks to kill them, he then digs right in. Fish is actually good for you this way from what I understand. I tried sushi once at walmart. It was disgusting...probabl y because it came from Walmart...I thought I was going to puke. Blah.

I would eat the raw meat. The rocks wouldn't be good to eat, and I'm not that fond of fish. And at least it's not rotten, right?

Well, me I'm a vegetarian (by choice) so I don't think I would do it. People ask me do I crave meat after having eat it for most of my life. I just say "yeah sometimes I get a real craving for human flesh :D ."

I'm gonna say that to someone one day... :p Even if I never become a vegetarian (which I probably won't) I'll find a way to use it. lol. :D

a raw fish, a rotten apple, a pile of rocks, and a strip of raw meat
I've had all that in one piece of Sushi

I wouldn't be stupid enough to fall down the well in the first place, but like Keeley said, using the rocks to create a fire to cook the raw meat would be a wise idea, the smoke might attract a rescue party as well.
As for the sushi, all you need to do is dip half of it in hot mustard, then start crying from the burning sensation in your mouth, in that order.

I am all for making a fire with the rocks but do you know how hard that it? It would be impossible without kindling....

Haha funny question.
I would eat everything little by little(so i conserve some if i dont get rescued).
Hopefully someone would think of me before i go insane and lose all my humanity...

This really is a good discussion question. Yet we need some more details about the situation to be able to supply a sufficient answer to the original question. Just saying, like hope of survival, how deep is the well, size of the well, number of rocks and size and type of food because some fish can not be eaten I think. Im not knocking the question im just saying it could be expanded upon.

Well, the rotten apple is just as good as viral bacterium filled dirt (regular dirt is much healthier for you in said case). It would also depend on how old the raw fish and strip of meat were (also, if it came from a framing/fishing company or not, because I want no part of that). If they were over three or four days old, then I definitely wouldn't eat them. Some other factors are the last time I ate something before I was trapped in said well, the nutritional value of the food I ate, and the size of the proportion. Even if I just ate a semi-healthy meal (not fast food, but not healthy heart either) three or four hours before I fell into said well, then, if I conserved as much energy as possible, I really wouldn't need to eat a thing, and I could still survive.:D

I would eat the raw meat, cutting away parts that I think are bad. I would then eat the fish, then grind the rocks up into sand and eat that so that my stomach doesn't eat itself with its acid. Then finally, if it was my last choice would I eat the rotten apple... I would probably throw it up first though...

I would eat everything except for the rotten apple... that's disgusting.
And besides, our body once was able to eat raw meat... shouldn't be too terrible, and it would keep me alive.
But then again, if there is no way out... I would die of dehydration (imagine that... in a well)... I might as well kill myself with the rocks. I don't do well when freedom is taken away.
