I've been watching alot of Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmerman shows on t.v. lately, and it got me to wondering, would anyone out in ww.com eat a Sago palm grub worm, or some other type of large, wriggly, juice-filled insect? There are a lot of jungle people who not only rely on them for food, but love the taste of them.
I think I would try a Sago worm, but only the body, not the crunchy head. I wonder if it would taste best cooked or uncooked.
I'm not sure about other insects, I suppose it depends on what they look like.

I was at a restaurant once, in spain where they served different kinds of insects to those who wanted it, there were crickets, mantis, worms and so on... but what worst was that i saw someone eat the stuff...i mean like, yuck! insects... eating insects...eew gross, i really lost my appetite that day

I've eaten them before it isn't that bad I wouldn't eat them all the time but when I was stuck in the forest for a week I had to eat something

Really, whoa. How come you where in the forest for a week, survival school or something?
What did they taste like, can you compare them to anything?
