Okay guys I have an idea. Why don't we all come up with the best breakfast recipes we know and put it all here on this thread. I myself will start the contribution with my family's French Toast.
Ingredients:
1 loaf of Hawaiian bread
6 eggs (beaten)
1/3 cup of milk
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
2 dashes of nutmeg (literally two shakes from the spice jar)
4 TBsp of Sugar (artificial sweeteners can be used but I highly recommend only the Splenda sense it tastes like real sugar)
Leave bread out for four hours so it can be dry. Then take the loaf and cut it into several thick pieces (8 -12)
Beat together all the wet ingredients first for about 5 minuets then add dry ingredients and fold them in for about another 5 minuets. Pour the mixture into a flat tuber ware container to dip the bread in.
Heat pan with 1-2 TBsp of olive oil. When dipping bread be sure to do both sides quickly (no more then 2 seconds each) then immediately cook the toast on the pan for about a few minutes on either side.
When finish enjoy the French Toast with butter, syrup and/or powdered sugar. I hope you all enjoy this recipe. It is also great with a fruit cocktail of diced bananas, oranges and cherries.

I can't stomach eggs unless they are scrambled or cooked with something else.

BLT
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread (I like rye)
1 large steak tomatoe
1 piece of green leaf lettuce
5 pieces of bacon (hickory smoked is best)
1 tspn of mayo
Toast bread if you prefer it toasted, fry bacon till dark in color (not crisp, should be tender), wash tomato and lettuce. Slice tomato in thin slices (four slices works for me) and spread Mayo on bread. In layers put lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon on bread slice. Cover with other slice and devour. I am not a big breakfast person so this is my thing

Wow, a lot of these recipies sound really good! I can't wait to try some of them. Especially the idea of adding soy sauce to an egg; I've never heard of that.
Also, what is Hawaiian bread?
Anyway, one of my personal favorites is buscuick blueberry pancakes. Just follow the instructions on the box to make the batter, but add a little extra biscuick so that they will become fluffy when you cook them. Add to the batter fresh blueberrys. You can put whatever you like on them but I prefer just to melt a little butter on top and eat them that way.
I make a pretty mean french toast as well. I use whatever bread I have handy, and dip them in an egg mixture. It's just egg and a little milk, as if you were going to scramble the eggs...only you use them to dip the bread in. After you cook the toast, you mix cinnamon and sugar together. Put melted butter on the french toast then sprinkle (liberally) the cinnamon sugar mixture onto the toast. It is amazing.
Also, if you want something easy, fast, and healthy try getting a cereal like special k with the straberries in it and mixing it with vanilla yogurt instead of milk. It is quite tastey.

what is Hawaiian bread?

It's also called pao doce (portuguese sweet bread). You can find it in most grocery stores. If you can't find it regular white bread is okay but it isn't as pleasant as this thick and naturally sweet bread.

waffles dude, it's all about the waffles.
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
8 eggs, separated
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. milk
1 c. half and half
In a small bowl, mix flour and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. In another large bowl, beat egg yolks with electric mixer on high speed until thickened and lemon-colored, about 5 minutes. Stir in melted butter and vanilla.
Alternately add flour mixture and milk to yolk mixture, beating well after each addition. Fold egg whites into yolk mixture.
Use a belgian waffle maker and heat up as directed. Using 1 1/4 cups batter for each waffle, bake on preheated waffle iron 30-60 seconds. Turn waffle iron; continue baking 2-3 minutes or until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown. Makes 6.
You can make normal waffles with this just reduce the amount of batter used for each waffle. Makes about 12-14 regular size waffles.
Now I like my syrup warmed and I like real maple syrup, just a thin drizzle over the waffles. Then a few freshly sliced strawberries scattered across the top with just a dash of powdered sugar over the strawberries and then a dollop of heavy cream on top of that.
Serve with ice cold milk. Mmmmmmmm!!!
For those who like eggs.
Three Cheese Omelette
1 tablespoon melted butter
3 large eggs, beaten well
1 ounce mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1 ounce provolone cheese, diced
1 ounce mozzarella, diced
salt and pepper
Using an 8-inch, non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add beaten eggs.
As the eggs begin to thicken, add the 3 cheeses evenly over the eggs.
As cheese begins to melt, and before the eggs get brown, flip or turn egg mixture over.
Continue to cook until the cheese melts.
Turn omelette 1 more time.
The finished omelette will be a nice yellow color with the cheese melted.
Serve while hot and cheese is gooey. Sometimes I will toss in diced tomatoes or sun dried tomatoes in with it and cook a rasher of bacon to go on the side. This Omelette can serve one but it's better for 2 people.
I also like fresh squeezed or orange juice not from concentrate with this one since the juice can cut the fat.
Grandma's Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
1 cup water
1/4 cup apple juice
1/2 cup dried cinnamon apples (diced)
2/3 cup rolled oats
dash cinnamon
1 cup whole milk
1 pat of butter
Place the water, juice, and apples in a medium sized saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the rolled oats and cinnamon. Return to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer til thick then stir in the milk. Pour into a bowl and top with the pat of butter. (you may need to add sugar to taste because some like it sweeter than the apple juice makes it)
Hashbrowns:
Peel 4 or 5 potatoes grated with a hand grater. Add 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste and enough flour to thicken to a good pancake batter. Add chopped onion if desired. Cook on well buttered hot pan, turning over once. Top with plenty of butter.
Baked Apple Granola
2 medium apples, (I prefer jazz apples or granny smiths)cut into bite-size pieces
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup apple juice or apple cider
1 tablespoon raspberry spreadable fruit
1/4 cup low-fat granola
In two 10 or 12-ounce casseroles combine the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour the apple juice over apple mixture.
Bake, covered, in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until apples are crisp-tender. Stir the spreadable fruit; spoon on top of apple mixture. Sprinkle with granola. Serve warm. (I like to pour just a tad of heavy cream over the top of this for a little added richness)
