Major freaking LOL!

1 - "Occult" has already been defined, more accurately than what you gave, no less.

It's not about magick specifically, but rather about any power or knowledge not used, possessed, or believed in by the masses (hence why it is thought of as hidden even when no great lengths are used to actually hide it).

2 - Wicca is the single most watered down "magickal" system out there that holds any popularity at all.

3 - "Magic" and "Magick" are both acceptable spellings. "Majik" is made up.
