Doing Chores

I had a dream the other night that a pack of wolves lived in a well-off flat down in the city. They called me there and asked me to do a bunch of stuff for them. Cheif among these tasks was watching the cubs (this was difficult, because they are small and illogical and never stop running off in all directions at once). I had a bunch of stuff to do (mafia-type scams down in the lower downtown), but I couldn't say no, because the wolves were in charge. The alpha said what to do, and I knealt and said, "Yes, Lord." I remember that I carried a sword on my belt (it was a special sword that the human wards -which were called Shepherds- carried), and I had scars like rings on the middle and ring- fingers of my right hand, where the alpha wolf had bit me and marked me for one of his own.

So I tried to do both at once. I was running around downtown trying to get money from people and deliver messages to other people (and lay beatins on a third group). But I had to round up these wolf pups wherever I went. I wanted to put a leash on them, but I couldn't because it would be an ignominous to their clan. On top of all that, I didn't even understand half the chores the wolves gave me to do.
I remember that in the end it did not go very well. That, and we (some other humans and myself) had to string a guy up and gut him, and we nearly got caught. The only reason I got out of it was because the alphas intervened in my favor, being that they owed me at the time.

Any idea what this means?

Time to find a new obession i would say :p

though this might mean that you'll be taking care of people you have no total control over and who are helpless.
