Me, I'm a hardcore waffle man, and most of the time I downright loathe pancakes. I mean the contruction of waffles is like architectural genius.

Oh, and savory crepes are pretty awesome.

I love waffles. I just can't get into pancakes. I mean I every so often will make some because I don't have a waffle iron but most of the time I eat one and the crows end up with the rest.

Well, for us over here in Blighty our pancakes are like crepes. That's the PROPPER world for them. Your pancakes are actually scottish pancakes, but there we are.
I have had pancakes (Or crepes if you are a yank) with just about everything but my old time favourite is just lemon and a little sugar. Can't be beat.
