RED dream

Once I had a bizare dream where I was in a deep dark red room, there was blood everywhere. Someone was opening my cell door, she had a leash, I woke up not getting a good look at her face, but she was wearing what looked like an 1942 army uniform.

Never had a dream like it ever again.

However this worries me a lot

I don't think dreams mean anything, they are just thoughts that are there in your mind.

Dreams, sleep… they are all weird things. I don’t think any one will ever know about dreams. All I know is that proven by a doctor my brain works 8 times harder then the average person’s brain works when they are sleeping. And I don’t have any more or any less dreams.

Dreams are the brain's way of working through internalized conflict. Maybe at the time you had the dream you were also troubled by something. I used to interpret other people's dreams the best I could but I've found your own interpretation is likely far more accurate. At least this dream is not re-occuring.

I always thought dreams were your subconscious mind getting memories mixed up and mixing those memories together in a new "thought".

I'm looking at it from a rather Freudian perspective. It's ironic really, since I think psychology is complete and utter wank.
