Does anyone know a really good site that has a lot of info on this God? or know about him (more than just the festival)? Nothing on "St. Lupercus" or wikipedia, I've already tried, very little there.
Thank you,
Aleander

And yes, this is religious.

There's not much info on him because he was evidently not a very major god and his festival was pretty strictly Roman and ergo didn't survive.
PS, this really isn't that religious, contrary to what your unrequired double-post stated. One god with no religion around it does not constitute religious conversation.

Just because you can, and one person does, combine it with religion, does not mean it is religious.
Contrary to a surprisingly popular belief, there's several requirements which must be met in order to qualify as "religion," and therefore related concepts such as "religious."
Heads up for you, since that's been debated many many times here. :)

Help is a librarian when you're looking for the bathroom after pouring over books for information yourself for hours on end.
This is just laziness and foolishness as someone has given you a pretty complete answer.
If you cannot find anything for yourself, then why should others do it for you?

It's already a zombie, and you know, I just googled "Lupercus" and found lots of information.
Finding it yourself wouldn't be that hard.
Further, you might just have to cope with the fact that there may not be a huge amount of information available on it. That happens sometimes.

I'd encourage the OP to just make it up if there isn't much information. Hey, it works for most other religions.
