Right, i had this dream, i cant remeber it that well, and all that i remember from it was that i shifted into this dark ginger werewolf.
Then i woke up, and as i stood up, i saw dark ginger fur on the bed and on my hands! Only bits of it though.
What should i do?

It is not overly rare for someone to have threads of a dream last beyond the awakening, which might cause what you describe. A ginger cat might explain it as well.
If you still have the fur and have no cat to explain it away with, I would be interested, but I would not worry overmuch about it. Dreams have meaning, but you should not plan your day around them

You saw the ginger fur AFTER you woke up? By all means, collect up as much of it as you can and put it in a jar or something. You can analyze it and figure out what it is. I swear, doesn't anyone around here know anything about science?
The first questions you should ask yourself is if you have any brown or ginger colored animals around (dogs, cats, mice, etc). Do you let people with that color of hair in your room? Is there anything in the house that could have transferred it there? Honestly, try to figure out where it came from.
That's your first step.
