Okay first of all is there any psi-vamps here? maybe you can help me with this.
On Wednesday I was extremely tired again.. I was in geometry class and decided it would be best to take some energy from the girl across from me.. it worked, but after that I noticed I had a cough. And she was coughing. Does this happen alot? like if someone has a cold, and you feed on them that you'll have that cold for a while?

Purrhaps you aren't a psi vamp, but a form of 'empathic'.
What you take for 'feeding' could just be the way you awaken that part of yourself. So, since the girl was feeling sick you might've empathicaly taken on those same feelings, and since she wasn't tired, neither were you.
Just a thought for you to cnosider as well as ther est of them out there.

Psi-Vampires im sorry i dont know much. However i did some reasearch a few years ago and the concept remains that a vampire feeds off the natural energies the human body puts off. also they apear to be stronger then a normal vampire because they feed off the energy of those who would hunt them. however these so called "Psi-vamps" are a relitively new thing you dont hear about them when you talk about the Great Vampires Lucian, Kain, and even Dracula. however Dracula is not an origional vampire. Grrr i got off track. we had one here where i live we chased him down in the middle of the night but he was faster then us.

Honestly you don't have to be at Oneness with the Dark Lord, sleep in a coffin, wear all black, and write death poetry, to "feed" off energy. Strangely enough people do it all the time. It is more of a mental response to the energy positive or negative being projected.
Example: A person yawns, and soon everybody around them yawns.
Give and take energy is important to how we communicate. If you are giving a speech, and everybody is participating and enjoying it, you literally feed off of this postive flowing energy of which makes you more bold, energetic, and happy...as well as confident. However, on the other hand, if you are speaking and nobody is paying attention, then you are putting out more energy than you are recieving, and thus you feel drained.
There are a lot of people out there who like to think that they are the only ones who do this, but every human does this, the only difference is, they don't think anything about it.
As far as your question is concerned...
You probably started coughing as a responce to her coughing, as mentioned, it was an emphatic responce.
She felt tired because, ergo she was sick.
