Oh, that's going to be fun... ;) What are the odds someone will defend him...? hehe...good ol' Bush!
I'd defend him but the people who attack him never bother to listen to other views so I don't bother anymore.

And I'd say that his hobbies would be more paying off people who gave him money, making it easier to run businnesses that he likes (read: worked in), and playing on public opinion.
Please keep your attacks straight; it doesn't look good if your main attackers all just don't like the way you smile... or squint, as it is in this case. Find a good reason to hate Bush, and this time you might be able to impeach him after he wins the next election.
I'll sick the curse of Nader on liberals! MwahahahahahaHA!
EDIT: in case you couldn't tell, half of that was a joke.

Who would make a better president, Bush or a box of Tic Tacs? Go to http://maddox.xmission.com (http://maddox.xmission.com) to find out

Yes, but who would win; a box of Tic Tacs or the Kerry, the man who looks like the apple tree from the Wizard of Oz? Not much of a choice, I'm sorry to say.

Give me a break. You're from freakin' New Zealand, Tigatron. You're telling the US it needs another president, when you've got no say. You won't find folks here in the US telling you to oust Helen Clark, that patsy of a prime minister you've got.

Amusingly I was walking down the street here in Southampton last year when I spied a sticker on a lamp-post which read "Vote out Bush now!" OK thought I, how do I do that then?
Bush might be a tit, but that dude that's more than likely going to be standing against him has a suspiciously large chin if you ask me.

I doubt you even know what a fascist is (cripes, you can't even spell it correctly). Mussolini was a fascist. Despite my hatred of some of the moves this adminstration has made -- the PATRIOT Act, for example -- Bush is still a loooooooooong way from Mussolini.

The problem with both Mussolini and Hitler, is yes they were "fascists". But they got their power through democratic means!
I think its part of the modern age to be cynical about politicians, and particularly what their aims are. And we are all worried we will elect a monster to our respective countries. I think its right to put politicians on the spot - they are supposed to be answerable to the people 24/7, not just when its votes time ...

Actually, even Hitler wasn't a really a fascist. The Nazis were a socialist party, and Hitler never really took to fascism as it existed under Mussolini.

Hey!! I was just saying what I think & yes sometimes I do think Helen Clark should step down from Prime-Minister in New Zealand now & then.
Politics! All they want is power. No matter want country they're in like USA, New Zealand, Australia, China, England or other countires, they just want power.

Power really does corrupt, morality has nothing to do with political decisions either, or things would have been done to remove some truely nasty pieces of work that have a lot of power. I think thing's maybe a little better if government's were a little bit more moral instead of just a half-arsed popularity contest that goes on between parties. Hell I even got a printed card for birthday from the local MP, a nice bit of propaganda for me now I'm 18.
I'd also like to meet an honest politician one day.. maybe that's a bit of an oxymoron though.

The defeatist, cynical attitude being displayed by many here towards government and politics -- particularly among the younger members (no offense intended) -- is, I must say, extremely disappointing. If you don't like how things work, you don't just throw up your hands and walk away. Rather than giving up and contenting yourself with sniping from the outside, get involved and try to create some change. Sure, that's the more difficult path, but it's better than griping for the rest of your life.

Just think of the Riots you could have! And the fires you could start! :p
Seriously though, I agree. If you don't like the way things are going, then you do have the option of getting involved.
