In Norse mythology, Fenris was a wolf who was the son of Loki and the giantess Angerboda. The Aesir, Odin, Frigg, Thor, Balder and Tyr, learned that Fenris was prophesied to be responsible (along with his family, the rest of Loki and Angerboda's spawn) for the destruction of the world. Fenris was locked in a cage, fed by Tyr, the only god willing to do so. The gods, once Fenris had become full-grown, decided to trick him into allowing himself to be chained by insinuating that he wouldn't be able to free himself. Fenris agreed to be chained to prove he could break out; he was correct, he was able to break the chains that bound him. The gods then ordered the dwarves to make a chain that could hold Fenris. The dwarves made Gleipnir, a strong, thin ribbon. Fenris agreed to attempt to break Gleipnir, as long as one of the gods was willing to keep his hand in the wolf's mouth during the experience. Tyr was the only volunteer to agree. Fenris could not escape and Tyr lost a hand. Fenris was chained to a rock called Gioll deep beneath the earth, with a sword between his jaws to keep him from biting.

Fenris will remain bound until Ragnarok when he will join forces with those opposing Odin and will devour him. Vidar, Odin's son, will kill Fenris. Until Ragnarok, three chains tie the dread wolf down: Loding, Dromi and Gleipnr.

I know there are other gods that have animalistic features but as far as I was able to discover, Fenris is the only god type that is in a full wolf form.

Actually, he was a Giant, not a god. Loki was a giant, too.

Wepwawet, the Egyptian Wolf god.

C'mon, wolves around the world, there are plenty. Just look in different cultures.

Please note that I said full wolf form. The other gods have always been anthropomorphic. And Wepawet was a jackal headed god, not wolf.

Hm. Either way.

I suppose I really don't know.

But, maybe you're asking the wrong question? Fenrir/is was not a wolf god, he was a giant.

Maybe you're looking for full wolves in mythology due to world settings?

Well one way or another they're "Gods",one wonders if they really existed...if not then there's no point in talking about it.

I consider Fenris a Demi-God. His father was a God and he lived on the same spirit level as the Gods. And take a leap of faith and believe at least that these God might exist. As for talking about him, some believe that they exist completely off of our faith in them and the telling of their old stories. That, and it never hurts to leave the realm of pessimistic thought for a while [as I sit here listening to angry death-metal in German]
