in my opinion having acess to a sexual outlet would reduce that problem....i mean geeze with sexually frustraited people increaseing now it mean illegal sexual activities with increase (rape, statutory, prostitution, ect.). It also means I now have to go out of state to buy gifts for my friends and signifigant other :(

poor you, I think I would be temped to move very close to the the boarder, and that would be at a minimum.
I think the government would probably get a better reaction instituting sexual frustration centers, where frustrated people could releave themselves (note politial talk) in a professional manner. This, I believe most would agree, would be a better way to influence the situation rather than making it illegal to fantasize.

Excuse me, but rape is not caused by the need to relieve sexual tension (and please note the spelling of that last word). It's a crime caused by horrible bastards who commit it. In fact, it often has nothing to do with relieving sexual tension at all, but rather attaining the feeling of power over the victim.

I have to agree with Cluich, the sexual 'tension' that leads to rape is not healthy and is often caused from psychological problems. However, I do understand,Thrasherc ub, what you are saying about people who hold powerful positions. So often do we find that those in power feel that their beliefs are the correct ones to have, and will use the law to impose them, even if other's beliefs are not harming anyone.

Forgive me. I have a mental problem which causes English to escape my grasp, and so have a bit of trouble getting whats in my mind into words normal people can understand. That, along with the fact that I posted at 1 in the morning didn't help.

In general, you really have two options for perversion: Perversion with yourself, and perversion with with another. They're taking a way a good hunk of resource for the first one and so people will resort to the other.
And please no one say how masturbation isn't perverted or something - I'm not trying to say it is. It's just the best word my mind can muster.

Ok, that philosophy is a huge reason why there are gender wars constantly in the world. Yes maybe some rapers have to be dominant over women. But you might want to consider that IS a sexual frustration trait because something deep down inside is utterly wrong. Most likely it is some unconscious inadaquecy with their genes.

In England all rapist are men. Under the definition of rape by English law it can only be commited by a man. Women can still be guilty of aiding & abetting, but anything else they do is sexual assult.
