Im a Mississippi student and in just about every class room they have posted the 10 commandments. Now I was told these are guidelines but that just makes them more unconstitutional. I would like some help from yall to grab Mississippi by the balls if you will and put and end to my and other students rights not being trampled on if anyway knows a lawyer that would go pro bono lol or can just help me out or just have comments on it then please reply.
Also I went to the elementary school and they had a prayer before lunch with the entire class. This has disgusted me yet it does not suprise me. Students have also been suspended or given ISI for bringing wiccan books to school or other religious books that teachers and principles say are causing disturbances.

Sheesh. I can't help you 'grab them by the balls'..
But it would be a pretty easy case. There's a separation between state and church. State is school, church is prayer. Therefore you may not have mandatory prayer in church. If wiccan books are forbiden then it can also be taken up as an attack to religious freedom, and if they try to counter by saying that Wicca is not a religion, then it can be pointed out that as of '85 it is nationaly viewed as a valid relgion.

Great Googly Moogly! No sex toys. No freedom of religion. Ten commandments in class. What's next? Mandatory Whitey Tighties?

Well if they can pray, then you should be able to bring your wiccan books into school... how idiotic. All forms of religion should be tolerated, but they either throw it all away or only allow christianity. not fair.

Yes they have big issues here and almost the whole county is Christian so in the county itself there isnt much I alone can do. Most of the people who are nonbelievers say it doesnt matter to them so they arent very reliable. I think one reason maybe is that they are scared what could happen to them in a small town like this where KKK hangings are usually siad to be suicide.
