Well, I'm too lazy to read long winded posts so I decided to start my own thread on an idea that popped into my noggin. Thats people who take their knowledge of a certain area of spirituality that they develop an ego on it (not naming names or pointing fingers just a thought I'm drawing on)

Yep. More then comon to see such type of people.
Before i used to get fast irritate with them, or easy go into confrontation. But you know what? I found out the more they want attention, the more insecure on themselves they are. So after all it ends up (even if unconscient) being more <painfull> for them, then for the others around.
So the the issue now, became: how to work with insecurity of others.

I think some level of ego about something you have in your life is natural, if not healthy -- as long as you don't tear down others because of it. ya know?
And I also think that it's healthy for people to want attention, just not when they stop caring if it's positive attention or negative attention.
It's hard to take people on these forums seriously when they can't even type-- and I don't just mean simple spelling and grammar errors or typos, I mean those freaks who you can barely even understand.
