OK WMDs in Iraq.
We've all heard and groaned about it, we've all seen countless news articles about who sexed up what, what was really under threat, et cetera.
But here's what worries me.
We know full well that Saddam had WMDs, how do we know this? Why it was because the UK and the US sold them to him in the first place of course. Who'd have thought all those years ago when forward thinking tacticians sold him some nasty shit that he wouldn't use it to squak Iranians (who were very naughty people of course - which is why we later supplied them with WMDs and weapons). Instead, shock and awe! He used them on Kurds. What a bad man!
But the important point is he didn't use all of them on the Kurds, and we haven't even factored in the stuff he might have been able to make himself.
We've had squaddies wandering around the Iraqi desert for months looking for WMDs even a hint that there was once something there, they have found nothing.
So where are they? They've not been used, and we can't find them. Where did they go?

You'd hope.. or could it have been sold to the highest bidder to keep Saddam and his family in the manner to which they'd become accustomed.

Well I think that maybe secretly they had the WMDs moved to Syria. I mean like if they can't find them in Iraq then its likely that they were moved out of the country. Perhaps thats why Bush is pressing for the June 30th handover of power so that the military will be freed up to go into Syria to get the weapons. then bush could prove to everyone that there really was WMDs after all.

I wasn't claiming that you were, sorry, badly worded reply.
But do you honestly think someone like Saddam Hussein, who has been thumbing his nose at the world for years, would willingly hand over one of the few tactical advantages he had? I personally find that very hard to believe.

There was a convoy headed to Syria right before we launched our offensive. And dont forget that story of 2 tractor-trailer trucks with what, something like 200 billion in (US!) currency headed out of the country too. Plus Iraq had loads of HAZMAT and NBC suits too. What would them need them for if they didnt have anything? (they also had those shots you inject into your heart in case of exposure too- they found those early on) Im confident that we will sooner or later find a giant cache of NBC weapons,but it will just take some time to get to them.

Because if you don’t pull out on the agreed date the Arab nations will see it as the Americans occupying an Arab state and go ape shit.
The only agreed to help out on the understanding that you would hand over the running of Iraq to the people.
We have to at lest hand over to the united nations peace force ( and yes they should of been in at the start)
