This is aimed at the British here a ww.com.
I was after some info on the up coming euro elections. After trailing the web I'm still as confused as ever.

The UKIP is making claims that Britain is giving £15 million a day to europe. Other parties are saying this is a load of crud. The main policital parties seem to be slagging off the other parties rather than presenting a manefesto of europe.

We have some parties saying the euro as national currency would be a good thing but we're not ready yet. Others are saying the euro is the worst idea ever.

Then there's a question of jobs in europe and having an open door policy.

Basically I'm confused about the whole thing and would welcome any debate or reliable (uncontested) sources of info.

The big problem with the Europe issue is that most of the major parties start off saying one thing and then U-turn more times than a car in a driving school.
As far as I can tell, Labour are trying to sell us to the EU. The Tories are trying to claim that they wouldn't do this as well, but are lying. The Liberals are in the middle as usual. The BNP are being blocked from standing, the UK Independence Party wants us to turn our back on the whole sorry thing, and no-one really knows what's for the best.

One things for certain, I'm not happy about this European Super-State they're allegedly trying to form. I'm certainly not happy about Britain giving its seat on the UN Security Council to the EU.

Heard a founding member of the BNP has returned to the Tories and claimed a vote for the BNP is a wasted vote.

The concervatives seem to think we can stay in europe while not subscribing to the EU constitution.

I get the impression Labour's just waffling.

UKIP is quoting facts & figures of why europe is bad but the other parties are denouncing them.

I've got a feeling this vote is going to be like a game of pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey. Close your eyes & place an X wherever the pen lands!

Didn't know we were going to give up our seat on the Security Council... worrying.
