Maybe you live in one of those states so completely in the grasp of the Democrats (like me, here in good ol' Massachusetts) or Republicans that a vote for either seems pointless. Or perhaps supporting the lesser of two evils would leave you feeling...well...jus t plain icky. Well, fortunately, there a a lot of principled yet hopelessly marginal parties and candidates for whom you can cast a symbolic vote. You can check them out here (http://www.dcpoliticalrepor t.com/partylink.htm) or here. (http://www.politics1.com/parties.htm)

Since none of these parties has any chance in hell of winning any office higher than town dogcatcher, you won't have to kick yourself when your candidate turns out to be awful once in office. So...as Kang, the alien overlord from The Simpsons said, "Go ahead! Throw your vote away!"

Indeed, Kat! :beerchug:

Now if they'd only stop doing sumb shit like nominating Howard Stern for governor and basing their platform on immediately abolishing the IRS and legalizing drugs. Makes libertarians sound like a bunch of cracked-out anarchists.

They nominated him for governator? Never heard about that, to be honest. I do agree with you on the drugs issue, though. It should by no means be the main focus of the party. We're such lame ducks because we have no one serious in the front.
