I have a question. How many here believe that really are werewolves in our society, and how many here believe that they themselves are werewolves? And im not talking about lycanthropy either. Personally, I believe there are werewolves. This is such a diverse world we live in, and i believe in the supernatural so strongly, that i believe it is very possible for werewolves to exist. I don't believe they are possessed(sp) by satan or demons though.

I personally believe that "they" are among us.
I prefer not to tell u wether i am one or not.
I think that Werewolves have nothing to do with Satan or anything related to "the Dark Side",cuz i really don't see werewolves as our primal enemies .
Werewolves and Humans have lots in common, they either hunt to survive or hunt just for the fun of killing(i loath these kind of people).
In my opinion, werewolves prefer not to show themselves due to their appearences(and other reasons),...society would obviously never accept "them".
There are just too many questions but not enough time to answer them all i guess.

I believe that werewolves do exist - and I know their ability does not depend on magic or such. I, however, am not one.

I hope werewolves are real! That would be great! That would really be something, wouldn't it?
As of yet, though, I have not seen sufficient evidence to warrant belief in their existance. I still hope, but as of yet I haven't had any experiences that afford such a leap of faith.
Maybe someday.

I'm not so sure about werewolves, but there's gotta be some reason why some of us feel so close to them.

Werewolves exist to serve the dark lord. Werewolves are Lucifers mercinaries and punish those who piss him off. Werewolves are extremely scary, fast and strong. People become werewolves through demonic possesion. It would be oh so nice if lycanthropy was as simple as portrayed in the movies and film but this is a media lie. The truth is out there, pray you never have to meet a real werewolf as it will be your last. You all seem so good... just remember, becareful what you wish for.

I seriously doubt that werewolves are here to serve the darklord,i mean sure some of em are mischievious and kill for the fun of it,but i honestly don't think that all werewolves are related to the darkside.

Sure werewolves exist. I've never seem one in my area. If I looked there's probably one around though. I live close to a really... uh... interesting city.

They exist. They live in the same places humans do, in the same ways that humans do. The animal under the skin does not change a person that much - half beast still means half human.

What kind of environments do they go to when they shift? I mean, where could I look for one?

A tio ha, purin. Humor... I am at work as I type; we all have to feed the bills.
Wolfwolf, there is no one need for the change. It can happen wherever it must. The werewolf could shift just as easily in the city as in the wild. Werewolves are people too...

I was serious, too! If they live in a crowded area with no place to roam, they'd have to stay in their apartments!

Well, it is hardly legible,
there are multiple spelling errors,
chronic uses of incorrect capitalization, and odd abreviations,

Quite possibly the quinessental post of ignorance!

Quicksilver, my man, you realize he was messing around, bro...
You have read some of Wray's other posts, correct? He has a brain, my man. And a good one, at that.
You've been tired all week. Get some rest... :beerchug:
Not to mention, poor Wray has been going out of his own mind this week. We're (mostly) all human, and we're all prone to human faults. Wray just really, really needs a vacation, and this is an outlet that is easily acceptable. He was making fun of the ignorant posters...
:: sighs :: It's hard to bat for both sides...
Of course there are werewolves. Why else would I crawl out of my bed every night to wonder in the dark and howl at the moon and then wake up in my bed all dirty? ;) Then again...satan or gods...I've never had any experience of them, so I find it hard to believe in them.

Hi, i'm new here.
First off. I do believe in werewolves. Sorta. I'm not positive if there is such thing as physical changing... well, actually, i don't believe in the completely-altered-into-a-wolf-with-fangs-etc sorta physical shift. I do think that there are those who appearance alters when they change. Though, it may not be drastic. In which case, I like to believe i'm a werewolf. i'm not sure, but I have a feeling that something in my physicality changes. And, well, if that's not true, i still think i'm a werewolf!
As to the other part, about demons and evil. I don't think werewolves are possesed by demons, or are in any form or shape demons. On the other hand, a werewolf CAN be evil, but I think that it would only be evil if it were evil in Human form. Ie, a werewolf with a generaly good heart and who knows right from wrong (and stays on the right side) would be good in their wolf form. But, then again, that's just my opinion. So, you may all think exactly what you like. Though, i may not believe you ;) And hopefully that all made sense. Be kind to me, i'm a newb!

I thought I made it fairly obvious I was joking. O_o
Quicksilver, I recommend that you don’t judge posts. It gives you a kind of ‘high and mighty’ kind of air. I make fun of other’s posts, but I never say out right, “As the almighty judge man, I deem your posts unworthy! Be gone, vile ignorant, and may god have mercy on your sole.” I’m more, “Yeah, you’re being an asshat. Quit it. I have a giant paper fan and I’m NOT AFRAID TO USE IT!!!!!11”
It’s all in the attitude, you know? I was making fun of him (or her. I can never tell.) for using the ‘word’ ‘u’. *shrug*
I have a giant paper fan! STAY BACK! I’ll give you a nasty paper cut!

Hi All.. Myself also being a newbie here , I thought that I'd just fall in and get to the nitty gritty like everyone else. So ... Hi ! :wavey:
I also share the same thoughts as SnowWalker. I don't p-shift at all , well ,not on the outside for that matter.Whether it's possible , honestly can't tell. I do have an increase in my temper as well as strength though. I've taught myself to keep my temper in control , because I've lived through some scary situations before that I wouldn't want to have over again. I also believe that being good or evil , werewolf or not , depends totally on the person him/herself. It's all part of being human , right ?

I religiously believe in Werewolves. Yeah I said religiously. I'm a merry little wiccan and so I believe in merry little spirit happenings. I've had visions, I had a demi-god walk me home(1) and it's rather common in wiccan circles for a priest or priestess to have God or Goddess enter their body and have their heigh change by a whole foot, have their voice change dramaticaly, or even change the color of their eyes and skin hue. I have absolutely no doubt that a physical transformation from human to wolf or a shade between them, is 100% possible. I just believe it is very difficult to obtain.
(1) what was a demi-god doing walking me home? It was Odin, a Nordic God and here's why: I was in horrable pain from injuries and had walked all over town to keep my friends company, I was hungry because I spent my food money on someone I love, and it was now very damn late walking down a busy, crowded, road with muggers and no sidewalk. Why was I out so late? I had to walk my friend home to make sure nothing happened to her. I am very loyal to the Nordic ways, and that many selfless actions in a single day cannot be ignored by the honor-bound. And I tell you, he was something to behold.

So you are a wiccan... but you are a pagan Norse follower?? Unfortunately you can't be both... Norse idealology is based on aggression and triumpph of obstacles by fighting...and wiccan ideals are simply peace and harmony with nature.. so how can you follow both?? I think you need to seriously read up a bit on what you call your "religion" I would love to help you find some resources to help you out... just let me know!

Thank you very much, but I have actualy put a great deal of thought behind it. I honor the Nordic tradition more as just that, tradition. That, and I'm a rather odd-ball wiccan (of course I'm an odd-ball everything). I beleive in balance before peace, because life is idealy meant to have fun and a jolly good time, ya? Well picture a world where everything was lollipops and lickitydoos and flowers and unicorns and clouds that look like fluffy bunnies. After that, the second thing you do is think, "gee, how borring!"... I say second thing because the first thing any self-respecting human should do after reading that is vomit. Peace alone makes life too easy.
As much as I repsect the spiritual, peaceful side of things, I also respect the rougher fighting physical side. I keep the Wiccan and the Nordic in perfect balance.
Without the peace and prayer the spirit becomes weakened.
Without the trials of physical tests the body becomes soft.
Body and soul, no matter how strong one is, it is worthless unless the other is just as strong.
