Eddie Izzard is one of the funniest stand ups I have ever listened to. I've seen his Dress to Kill and Circle stand up show on HBO and I have them on DVD. I die laughing, he has a line for everything. And so I went to see if I could find more but only found audio. Unfortunately the audio doesn't capture his facial expressions which are priceless and hilarious. He's a transvestite, not just any transvestite but an EXECUTIVE Transvestite and he's the funniest shit ever. Oh and he's british! So here's what I did, I found some of his stand up and downloaded it and have transferred it to my site for a short time. The files are huge and take forever to upload but I have and did and you can listen for yourself.

Glorious was the best show he did imho, if only for the immortal line, "Actually I was building a speedboat!"

I always use the American version of Coupling vs the British version as proof that the Humor is so subtley different, we can't duplicate it state side, even if we do find it hilarious. I wish BBC America would show more British Sci-fi and comdies and dump the home improvement shows. Crap, I get HGTV, I don't need the same shows with an accent.

BTW, this is the longest download ever and I am on a cable connection. If you have dial up, do it overnight and watch it in the morning.
