I just wanna ask you guys. will you follow your intuition or heart when it comes to making tough decision or go with logic?

When making tough decisions I go with both. I've found that relying on one end of the extreme at any time not only has more of the potential to be disastrous, but denies us the chance to utilize the complementary problem solving techniques brought on by the use of both intellect and intuition.

how do you put them together?

Depends on what type of decision. Sometimes I go with my gut even when my brain is telling me No Way!

what about that, I've been pondering about it, but I never have any success. Is it just a personal thing? Or maybe it's got something to do with follyness, as I deny it. Learning how to accept it though.

I think it truly is a personal thing. Some function better with logic and some with intuition. It may have something to do with the right or left brainedness of an individual as well. (I for example, have tested to be both, but that could make little difference other than the fact that I tend to use logic and spacial relations on the same level.) When entering any difficult situation it is in our best interests to gather as much information as we can. This tends to be done mostly through logic however our intuition can subconsciously lead us to conclusions that logic may have missed. This, perhaps, leading us to the 'better safe than sorry' missive.

what about haddling relationship and feelings?

With concern to emotional issues involving relationships one should be careful. Logic may fail us if we are too emotionally unstable, and intuition may guide us in the direction we want to go rather than the one we should be going. This would be a situational thing. Logic tells us what is a permissible emotion for a situation and what is not. Intuition delves deeper into the recesses of the mind to fish out the nuances of the matter. If you are referring to a specific event that you are going through, feel free to send me a private message regarding the matter. I cannot tell you what to do, however I can give my opinion on the matter and tell you how I would act in the situation; perhaps giving you a new outlook.

I always go with my heart. Normally, I end up with a 50/50 result. A lot of the times, I regret what I did.. but then, I just think about next time. I'm too compasionate for my own good :3

With me itdepends onhow quickly I have to make the decision. If I had to do it really quickly I'd follow my heart, but if I had a long time to think about it, I'd end up using logic. Well, that that I have, anyway. ;)

If the whole world says that you're wrong, but your heart tells you're right, which path will you choose. I hope this question is clear.

I'll go for logic every time... unless it feels wrong :D

I believe intuition should be considered logically. That way the best of both worlds is achieved. In other words, don’t be a stuck up logic fiend; and don’t make rash choices off of a feeling or intuition. Be thoughtful, and serene in your choices.

My intuition tells me to stick with logic. But I feel that it is logical to listen to intuition.Boy am I confused.

It's the more natural thing to do to follow ones intuition or intstinct but some lack strength in these so they fall back on logic which is often cold and unfeeling.

Relying on logic is weak? Wouldn't the truly weak thing be to cave to every emotion and "instinct".

I rely on gut instinct.
If my gut finally says that I should get the first blow, and go ahead and beat the crap out of him, my mind is all ready on berserk mode.
Mine kinda work in unison. But my instinct is more attuned as to what needs to be done. And if my instinct say to wait I wait, if It says kiss her I kiss her.
(My gut is usually right, least I havent been slaped recently ;) )

I tend to act on instinct waaay too much, which usually ends up placing me in very precarious situations. Then again, I am also a very impulsive person, so that might have something to do with it.
I never really think that much about anything I do, unless it's something really important. Sometimes shit works for me, sometimes it doesn't.

I am the same as Tia in this instance. My instinct tells me what way to go and I use logic to back it up. It generally keeps me from doing things that are too rash.

Agreeing with Tia, but not. Logic is good to know, and to know when to use. As is intuition. When some part of you or or universe is telling you subconsciously to do something, normally, I do it. It's rare for my intuition to show through, but when it does it's dead on target. Logic is best used when dealing with situations that could get someone hurt or are dealing with someone or something hurt. It's good to follow logic in these areas because ''intuition'' is very personal, and aren't dealing with just yourself. Intuition is something given specially for each indiviual. No one's intuition is the same as others. Whereas most common logic is typically the same. Tought, or learned. You learn logic as you are born with intuition.=-^.^-= .\/,,

Depends on the situation. If it one that requires fast thinking, then I go with my instincts, if it is one that doesn't....I use my instincts....well shit. Guess it don't depend on the situation, now does it?

More or less just go with which ever beats to other to the point.
If its something complicated I'll just go with my gut, anything simple to figure out, logic it is.
