What's interesting about this is that a lot of MA Democrats went for Brown.
My feeling is that, as with Obama, a lot of voters chose Brown because they wanted a break from the previous seat-holder. I think in 2012, when Kennedy would have been up for reelection and Brown needs to run again, we'll more than likely vote another Democrat back in. Brown was a way of keeping ourselves honest. It may also have to do with a general dissatisfaction with what's happening in DC these days. Brown really doesn't mess with Obamacare passing as much as the Chicken Littles say -- the Democrats in Congress still have an 18-point lead -- but there is a psychological effect.
